Where We Deliver
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes of our courier partner. We do not ship outside India at the moment. When you enter your pin code at checkout, the order can only be placed if delivery is possible at that address.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value. The final amount is always shown in your cart and on the checkout page before you pay, so there are no surprises later.
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) on a working day are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed from the next working day.
- Our working days are Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, it normally reaches you in 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Remote areas such as parts of the North East, Jammu & Kashmir and island regions may take a few extra days. These are estimates. Delivery can sometimes take longer because of weather, festivals, strikes, courier delays or other situations outside our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed.
Courier Partner and Order Tracking
We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime from My Account under Orders.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. We may disable COD for customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders without a valid reason.
Receiving Your Order
- Please check that the outer package is sealed and not damaged before accepting it.
- If the package looks tampered with or badly damaged, you can refuse it, or accept it and inform us within 48 hours with clear photos or an unboxing video.
- Make sure your address, pin code and phone number are correct. Orders returned because of a wrong address or an unreachable phone number may need to be reshipped at an extra charge.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number. We will check with the courier and either reship your order or give you a full refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
