The website is owned and operated by MAYURIKA CREATION, Shop No. 40, Ground Floor, Sri Kuberji World, Saroli, Surat, Gujarat 395010. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website. If you are younger, please use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Your Account
- Please give correct and complete details when you create an account or place an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
- We may suspend or block accounts that are used for fraud, misuse of offers or repeated refusal of COD orders.
Products and Health Information
- GardenVati products are herbal and Ayurvedic wellness products made from natural ingredients. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Results can differ from person to person. Please read the label, ingredients and directions before use.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before using any product.
- Product images are for reference. Actual colour, packaging or appearance may vary slightly.
Prices and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise.
- Shipping is free on all orders, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
- We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments (UPI, cards and net banking) through our secure payment partner, where available.
- We try to keep all prices correct. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you paid.
Orders
- After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we received your order, not that it has been accepted.
- We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, the payment fails or we suspect fraud. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
By placing a COD order, you agree to receive the parcel and pay the full amount at the time of delivery. Repeatedly refusing COD orders without a valid reason increases our costs, so we may disable COD for such customers and accept only prepaid orders.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Use of the Website
- Do not use this website for anything unlawful, or try to hack, damage or overload it.
- Do not copy our product photos, descriptions, logo or other content without our written permission. All content on this website belongs to GardenVati.
- Reviews and comments you post must be honest and must not be offensive or misleading.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
